MeTime is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for the soft launch of our product in Chicago. This person will be responsible for 10-20 hours of phone and email customer support through the end of September with the option of extending beyond that date. MeTime is a technology platform that connects parents to short term, drop-off childcare providers in the areas they live, work, and play — making it all the more important that parents find all of their interactions with us easy, friendly, and convenient.
Seeking someone with experience with both phone and email customer service and who can deliver friendly, helpful, and accessible support to our users. Experience using a CRM to track customer service issues a plus.
Technology may be the backbone of our business, but without a human-centered approach that feels trustworthy and delightful, busy parents and childcare providers may not stick around for us to improve. Right now it’s a two-person founding team + developers based in the West Loop, Chicago
